Hi Guys,
On my Zepto 6224 keyboard the right cursor key has stopped working completey, (pressing the pad under the key gets no response). I contacted Zepto support as i have an extended warranty but they said this is not a warranty issue and advised me to buy some compressed air to try and clear any dust build up. I did this and the key is still not working. does anyone know what i might be able to do to fix this and whether it is something that would actually be repairable under warranty?
My warranty actually runs out in the next 7 days aswell so i am keen to get it sorted asap if it can be fixed by Zepto. Finally how long do you think Zepto will take? i have heard of some serious lead times on Zeptos and international postage.
Thanks,
Tim

Where are you located?

I am in the UK, from some other forum posts it seems my best option would be to use the web chat which i will try tomorrow, hopefully it is possible to repair as it is an arrow key which is really useful for gaming.

I had a laptop that happened on a year ago, they repaired for me under the warranty. So they should really repair yours!
