    1. I recently bought a SHARP PCAL27, but my children ruined the keyboard, they took several keys off the board.
    I have tried to get a new one, but no one has been able to help.

    How can I get a new one?. Please help.

    2. Another problem I have is that I can't find the recovery discs, can anybody tell me where can I download the bios recovery?
