This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I found this website that deals in replacing LCD, I don't know how much they are because you have to call them to find out. Here's the website http://www.screentekinc.com.

    yeah I know what you mean, it would be cool if they had a lcd standard for replacing them. For example fitting a LCD made by sharp and putting it on a notebook not made by sharp.
