I've had some terrible delays when ordering my Zepto 6214W laptop and I've been repeatedly told by nusystems (the representatives for the UK wing of Zepto) that my laptop will arrive on various different dates but never came. Here is my story:
I originally ordered my laptop on the 26th August and I found out that I couldn't order online and had to do it via telephone, and since nusystems only answer their telephone on Monday-Friday and not on bank holidays, I had to pay for it on Tuesday 28th after the bank holiday Monday.
When I paid, I was told that the laptop would arrive on the 5th September. Of course, once the 5th September came I waited all day and it did not arrive. I then phoned them up on the 6th September to find out where it was, and I was then given a date of the 9th.
I then waited again on the 9th and again it didn't come, so I phoned them up on the same day and it was now due on the 11th September.
Again it didn't arrive on the 11th September, so I phoned them up again and they said they "didn't know" when it would arrive but it could possibly do this Saturday.
To add to the problem, when I phoned up early on at 10am the 11th September, I complained that my laptop had been delayed three times now and that I would like a "real" estimate for its arrival. The guy on the phone said he'd phone me back soon with an answer for that. Of course, since nusystems aren't exactly competent (as I have read on this forum), by the time it got to 3pm I was getting worried so I phoned then up again, and this time a person called Andrew promised to phone back before 5pm. Again this did not happen.
Since I am meant to be taking it to university on Sunday 17th September, if it doesn't arrive on Saturday 16th then it will be very inconvieniant. If I had known that I was going to be continually fobbed off by nusystems and continually given wrong delivery dates then I would never have bought from Zepto. Maybe its the fact that they just want me to call up their premium rate number more often asking when my laptop will be delivered.
So... if any of the Zepto.dk staff know when my laptop will arrive then please could you inform me? I do not want to waste any more money calling nusystems and they will obviously not be helpful at all.

At the end of the day though, the law is on your side. As you haven't got your laptop yet, they haven't fulfilled their end of the contract and you are entitled to a full and immediate refund. You have given them consideration and they accepted your offer, so don't take no bull. If you won't wait any longer, get a refund -
I ordered mine just over a week ago and don't expect to have it by when i go to university (same weekend
) but i am having it delivered to some friends who live near manchester so it shouldn't be much of a problem.
On the site it was expected as arriving on the 16th. one problem is the files, programmes, etc i would like to put on it but i have managed to fit most of them onto my mP3 player -
It looks as though I won't be receiving my laptop before university now, I've again just phoned up and I've now got a brand new date of next Wednesday (20th September).
This is now the 5th time I have been given a different date of arrival for the laptop with the first being the 5th September.
