The TV viewer program that ships with HEL80, Lifeview MVP, seems quite unstable in operation. When I open it, it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't; and when it doesn't, it locks up the whole system until I force the cold reboot. I'm not even sure what causes the problem, as the same thing happened when I tried re-installing the program. That is about the only way I can deal with the problem as of now anyways...

My XP is still very clean and healthy (or so I believe) so I don't suspect any virus or crapware causing the interference.

Has anyone had this problem? Should I see the support?
