I am looking for feedback on the following system:

    Manufacturer: ABS
    Product: Mayhem G5

    CPU: Intel P4 3.40 GHZ EE 2MB L3 Cache
    VIDEO: GeForce GO 6800 256MB
    RAM: QTY 4 Transcend 200-Pin 512MB DDR2 PC2-4200
    HD: QTY 2 Hitachi 60GB 7200RPM

Cost is not an issue. Mainly looking for a laptop that allow me to do digital editing, HL2 gaming, and of course some simple office tasks. Concerned about heat issues with this system and not being able to make the jump to 64 Bit.

Here is the link to the system:
    http://www.abspc.com/app/config.asp?mono=1885

    Any thoughts?

I've been looking at this site for two months and have never seen a reference to any ABS computers. The G-3 was a serious contender for me, but it's out of stock half the time and I could never find anyone that had dealt with ABS. They certainly look like fine machines. I hope someone with a Mahem will do an in-depth review.

I know things, things that could bore people to death.
