    Mech 15 G3/Recoil IV RTX 2070 Super vbios flashing?

    Hi all,

    Is there a vbios out there that could give a little more performance? I'm thinking the MSI G66 RTX 2070 Super is probably a good place to start as it gets great results and the laptop comes with a 290W PSU...

    Makes me think they gave the GPU a little more TDP in turbo mode

    Also, would any of the RTX 2070 Super 150W (if they exist) would work?

    I'm happy to try if anyone has any links to some vbios rom I could flash.

    The MSI GS66 is a Max Q. The Mech 15 G3 is a Max P.

    Yes I just noticed that literally after posting, typical!

    However the question stands, there' probably a better vbios for the Mech 15 G3 / Recoil IV out there, so any ideas are always welcomed.. Thanks

    he means te ge66 which comes with an 280w power supply and a 115w 2070 super

    I don't think there are any MXM GPUs around anymore, it could've been fun to try out a 150W 2070 Super vBios just to see how the chassis could take it but I think this is it.....
