Give me some more detail about your problem via email, I have some experience with MDG Laptops (Apton spefically).

MDG tech support is pretty crappy in terms of how they take care of their customers. I've mentioned somewhere on the forums before but they will take advantage of your time and money if you aren't very tech savvy.

Just doing a clean install/Factory Restore of the system is a very common approach MDG takes to fix ALL problems :p

Don't buy anything from MDG. Their business methods are not very clean. They take advantage of people with little knowledge of computers and basically tries to convince you that you are buying the best machine in the world. Their ads always say "Intel two-core processor", which can mean really ANYTHING from a Celeron D to a Pentium D to a Core 2 Duo. People with little knowledge of computers don't know what any of these mean, all they know is that they've heard this thing about 2 core processors recently. Their machines are overpriced, the build quality is crap. Just don't buy from them. End of story.
