I have been the owner of a Zepto Znote 6214W for over two and a half years now. Although it has been a bumpy ride at times, my overall experience with them is not too bad. The reason I'm making this post is that I want to help even out the amount of squarely negatively loaded posts regarding Zepto in this forum. It is a known fact that a lot of people will only post in a forum if they have a problem they need help with, and so the impression one might get when reading the forum is not always a very objective one. So here goes!
The machine has been in for service or repairs four times, for the following reasons:
1: Overheating issues and DVD-ROM not working properly under Windows Vista.
2: Dead screen.
3: Refusing to charge batteries.
4: Graphical artifacts.
The first service was done by a Norwegian webshop called Netshop, who used to be in charge of Zepto's distribution in Norway. It was prompt and successful, they changed the DVD-ROM to one that worked in Vista and they cleaned out all the dust that caused the overheating. They also told me that I would need to do this regularly to avoid overheating in the future.
The second service was done by Zepto Denmark. They changed the motherboard and a fan, and I had the computer back within reasonable time, problem fixed. Unfortunately a new problem had arisen while it was in for repairs; the computer would no longer charge batteries.
So, on to the third service. I sent the computer back in, and this time the repair took a bit longer than advertised; just over five weeks instead of three. It was also hard to get in touch with them over mail during this time, but calling them worked well. I believe they were starting to get extremely busy around this time (August/September 2008). Still, whenever I got through to them they were helpful and friendly. Also the repair was successful; they changed the motherboard and the computer would once again charge my batteries. Unfortunately, it only took about two hours of use before a new problem occured; the screen was suddenly filled with artifacts. The problem was everywhere (POST, BIOS, Windows, Fedora) and did not disappear no matter what I did to try to fix it. On to service 4.
This time the two year warranty had expired, but I sent a mail explaining that the problem was there from the start when I received the computer from repairs, and asked if it was still possible for them to repair it without charging me. This time I did not receive a proper reply for quite a while. I believe that the person who had been something of a personal contact for me in the previous cases was no longer there, and so there was some confusion in the matter of which e-mail address to use on my part. Still, even after I copied the mail to every single Zepto address I could find, I did not get a reply for weeks. In the end I contacted the online customer service, and discovered that this was a much better way to get things sorted. After talking to the person there (on the Danish Zepto site), it was only a matter of days before I could send the computer in for repairs free of charge. This time the repairs took less than four weeks.
All in all I am reasonably happy with the service I have received from Zepto. Although I have had bad luck considering the amount of problems I have had with my 6214W, and although it has been hard to get in touch with them at times, they have always treated me well and taken my problems seriously. It seems to me that this is a company that really tries to do well, but that still has some way to go before they are well enough organized to handle the amount of service they have to supply.

Nice to read! And just like you said a 'normal' opinion instead of bashing Zepto!
