    Hi,

Last night I turned off my Compal IFL90 and today I woke up and turned on my laptop and everything worked besides the screen.

I hear like loading in the speaker but the screen doesn't work. I tried hooking up my monitor to it and pressing that button but it still didn't work.

    My specs are

    Compal IFL90

    2.4 ghz
    4 gb ram
    160 GB HD
    8600M

    Please Help!

Take the battery out, and then press the power button for a few seconds, then re-install, might work!

Shine a flashlight on the screen...what do you see?

From what you describe, since it doesn't work on an external monitor either, chances are the video card, or even possibly the motherboard, has failed.

Call your vendor's technical support for help.
