I changed the time (which is set at the boot up stage, right after the bios settings) from 4 seconds (default) to 0 seconds. From then on, I cannot see the settings screen any more. Now I want to change the time back, what should I do? :( Thanks a lot! :)

So you lost the Zepto splash screen?

Try keep pressing F2 immediately after turning the computer on. If that doesn't work, try F10 (the boot menu option - I think that lets you got to setup).

Ah! I thought you have managed to change the time for the BIOS splash screen. Now I think you mean Windows.

How about Start > Run > "msconfig" then go to the Boot tab?

The Zepto splash screen is at the BIOS level before Windows starts. I'm not even sure if it is possible to change the time it shows, but if you select the info or diagnostic options then you don't get the splash screen, you get the info instead.

I changed the time inside the Zepto splash screen where the time shows as a changeable option, but after I changed the time to 0 second, the Zepto splash screen would never show any more. So I just want to know how to change the time to make the Zepto splash screen show again. Thanks a lot! :)

Did you try resetting the BIOS to the factory default values? (Go into the BIOS setup then F9 on the 6x24W series, may be different on others). This should put everything back to the standard settings.

Tried to load the BIOS settings to default, but doesn't work either. Thanks for your suggestions any way!

Try flashing the bios to an older one.
(Oh, and am I the only one who think this is kind of funny? You set the time to zero seconds because you didn't want to wait, and now you can't enter it? :D )

It's unclear to me whether it's a case of not being able to reset the BIOS or whether this timeout isn't included in the dafault settings.

The suggestion to reflash the BIOS (even the same version) should fix it.
