    Does anyone have any experience with Northgate notebooks? I like the M8080, but can find little info.

    I don't know much about them other than I think they distribute with WalMart in some regions. If you have much of a budget, I'd suggest going with someone a little more mainstream.

    Yeah, I had one once. Don't buy anything from northgate ever. There support sucks and there system is very slow with horrible battery life.
