    yeah but it's nothing special. Just a bit lower latency. Kingston's HyperX modules already have even lower latency. This would have been better if it were rated at 1333mhz.

    YES ... i would also like to know what would be the BEST memory modules if i end up ordering Whitebook DIY which comes without processor and memory. Actually the question is whats has the "best" performance-prize ratio. I would go with Dual core processor at this point :)
    Are those high tech very expensive memory modules (as i suspect that OCZ new and Kingstons version of XMP SO-DIMMS) really worth the bucks.

    Depends on what you use it for. Memory intensive apps and some games would make use of these memory modules and the XMP is an added bonus. Matter of fact, I think the W840 is the only notebook that is verified to support XMP.

    But I'm waiting for an XMP ready CL5 DDR3-1333 or 1600 SODIMM kit. I hear G.skill is working on that.
