    OEM notebook won't power up

    I have an older OEM P3 800 I think AJP board that will not power up. When I press the power button and let go the lights flash on then off and thats it. Occasionally the screen will flash, but other than that no result. Any ideas? I know the CPU is good and the memory is good.
