The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

My Hel 80 is acting up. I'm trying to load Windows Live Messenger and everytime I do so, it closes itself and opens a window that states cannot load hardware: Integrated Camera

There is no driver selected for the device information set or element.

Well I can use the webcam on its own so I just don't understand.

Earlier it did the same thing except it stated the graphics care

Any help or links to drivers? I don't have my cd that came with the pc, as it is in america and I am not.

Instead of bumping two weeks later...why not call your tech support?

Is it toll free. Otherwise I am in Thailand without a cell phone that can call internationally. Plus I am not to impatient. I just use trillion if I really need to IM. I would just like to know why MSN and my web cam driver arent cooperating.

It depends on where you bought it. So ask your vendor what support is available.

Ours is only available in the US, or by email.
