Once again, these guys are just amazing!

All I can say is I only wish I could find other merchants with the degree of customer service in any field as these guys!!

This is my second purchase from them, replacing my daughter's 4 year old laptop which lasted through 3 years of law school in and out of a messenger bag crammed with books and except for needing to replace the keyboard because it was literally worn from use (easily and promptly done with overnight delivery and simple talk through instructions) and a quick turn-around repair for overheating which was dealt with professionally and promptly, was outstandingly reliable. Most of her friends replaced theirs during the three years.

We just bought 2 MacBook Pros from them and, once again, their pre-sale and I expect, like before, their post sale service is OUTSTANDING! They even offered to retrieve the data from the hard drive of the old notebook, which finally frizzed and, unfortunately, was not backed up.

They even were professional enough to be patient with my friend's son, who decided that the back-up Windows disk was enclosed for installation  and helped him restore his unit without making him feel like an idiot.

This is one of the few companies that I never hesitate to recommend to anyone. I am the consummate bargain shopper and, while these guys prices are fair they may not be the cheapest guys on the block, but - trust me- the first time something goes amiss (and it always does with a computer), even software related, they will be there for you and you'll consider your purchase a bargain.

Wow they sound pretty good, as a Sony user myself I've had a good customer expierence with them despite all the complaints many have had.

I'd be very surprised if many people have had bad customer experience. May have been issues with their computers (which plagues every brand at one time or another) but I am quite surprised at the reference to "all the complaints many have had." I've always found them to be incredibly responsive and helpful.
