As you can opt to buy Zeptos without an OS, I was wondering whether it comes preinstalled if you do choose to buy one, and whether the OS CD is provided? Anyone whos had notebooks from zepto know?

If you select an OS it will be pre-installed, and there will also be provided a recovery disc with the OS alongside the pre-installation (basically it's a standard OEM Windows installation CD).

Rene - do you also supply a driver disk for *both* XP and Vista, regardless of which one you chose to be pre-installed with? I ask, because I imagine many will choose XP currently, then switch to Vista at a later date...

Petrov - the old models (6214W and 6615WD) only came with a XP driver CD because that was the OS officially supported from Inventec, but all drivers are always available on the FTP as wave also mentions. The New models will by default have drivers for Vista on the CD. I don't know about the XP support right now as i haven't actually seen the new driver CD yet.
