First, scuse me for my English, which is not perfect...but I think you'll understand what I mean!![]()
Very interested for a 6224W, I tried (yes, it was a try because I couldn't complete the order) to order it last wednesday, when it was released on the Luxembourg store. Yes... because when you choose France, you're relocated on the Luxembourg website...
When I ordered it, I had no bank informations in the order confirmation, nor order ID or anything like that.![]()
I tried to contact Zepto by mail, but no response.
I finally call them on phone (France to Luxembourg...$$) this week. Yesterday a guy told me that it was a known problem, and he was supposed to warn Zepto of that.
But today on a forum, a member (a French guy too) told us that when he called Zepto, he was told to order from the global store ( www.zepto.com and not lu.zepto.com to be exact).
But there is a few problems with that : for the same configuration, it is 100€ more expensive than on lux.zepto.com, and most of all, we don't have the choice for ordering an Azerty keyboard.![]()
I called Zepto again today, and the person told me that they (but who exactly? I don't know) were not able to answer for Zepto's questions, and to contact Zepto, I should go on www.zepto.com...![]()
So I'm really lost with that... and desappointed. I was really interested in buying a 6224W, but Zepto doesn't seem to do facilitate the ordering for French people (maybe we aren't alone in this case, I don't know), it's a pitty.
Can anyone tell me anything on this situation?...

Sounds a bit strange. I think the Zepto guy in Luxemburg doesnt really know what is going on. Does he even work for Zepto? The lu.zepto.com looks total different from all the others. The 100€ more is because of the tax they charge at the global page. You will not be paying the tax but only the TVA in france. I think it is like 19%.

Ok, now we know that Zepto is working on a solution. But do you have an idea of when will we have for France (or Luxembourg) a real good solution and efficient online store as the others countries? and services too ?

I think that there are a couple of french guys here in forum that have a Zepto, though i can't remember their nicknames.. :S Maybe they could tell you how they got their laptops.
