Long story short my laptop was making some noises send it to support and they ship me a new one, noises where the following on the previous model:

    1. and a touchpad noise which was resolved with the new laptop, but I'm still getting the noise above on this brand new laptop and I'm wondering if its a design flaw?

    2. My left speaker pops and I was reading the giant Tongfang thread and someone mentioned their's is doing the same thing so I believe it might be a driver issue?

    3. Does anyone know what the newest or best BIOS version for this laptop is?

    4. Can you upgrade the battery to a larger one with more capacity? looking for the largest possible and it doesn't matter if I loose my 2.5 Drive caddy?

Sorry for all the questions, tried to search some of these but came up with different answers or answered questions

    1. I don't hear anything.

    2. Not sure

    3. I am running the drivers and BIOS found here (Get the OP3, that's for the 17"):
    https://www.opowered.com/support.html

    4. Probably (if you lose the 2.5" bay).

When you say you don't hear anything are you referring to your own laptop or in the video?

do you think that is the largest battery I could get?

I hear nothing on your video.

It comes with a 3-cell battery. That is the 4-cell battery modification @B0B demonstrates here:

I have no idea if there are any bigger options but I doubt it.
