    Does anybody know where to get parts for the compal laptops? I need internal cooling fan for HGL-30 it gets noisy. Thank you.

    well my hel80 fan died about month ago + my heatsink was little bit damaged so i bought new one from the PC store where i bought the laptop.

    price was 25,5 euros

    Is the newer fan any quieter? Does it run just as often as the old one? I hate how the darn fan turns on full blast when it reaches a certain temperature.. maybe this will reduce the problem? :)

    it normal when its screams while ur gaming and temp is ~70c.

    anyway, fan is same but imo heatshink is little bit heavier. anyway , temps seem to be little bit lower than before.

    and about fan work-cycle - its not about fan , its about bios .
    flash to 1.23 and its good
