    Pc specialist octane no display

    Hi,

    The laptop turns on but no display then eventually turns off. Need to reset bios but don't know how

    Try holding Fn + D as you power the laptop on, if that doesn't work after a couple of attempts you can unplug everything and pull out the CMOS battery for about 30 secs or so to reset the BIOS. Once you reset the BIOS though it might take you a few minutes to get anything on the display.
