I had the distinct pleasure of trying one out..however the price is just a tad too high for the machines capabilities (I Say this as a huge chrome OS supporter) Drop the price to 999$ with a slower core CPU and well talk. The OS Chrome provides simply does not need that sort of horsepower...While the machine is gorgeous and well built and i love it...it's simply not worth the asking price over the cheaper chromebooks since the OS is so light and needs oh so little. I am curious your overall thoughts on it versus the Acer C7 and the Samsung Series 3?

    Cheers

One other point the Battery life Seems better on the 249$ Samsung..*obviously due to the horsepower difference* but given the general needs Chrome OS fufills i would say a battery improvement for the cost of Pixel is needed.
