today i turned my 6214W on and after booting and showing the windows loading screen it came up with:

    *** Hardware Malfunction

    Please contact your hardware vendor

NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error

*** The System Has Halted ***

it happens every time i turn it on, I am using bios 1.11 that came pre-installed (NOT UPDATED) i have tried getting it to do mem-tests on boot, and disabled quick boot, removing the battery (reset) running only on battery, ac and both and nothing works :( please help

Edit: Memcheck on start counts 2047M ? should this be 2048 is it just one of those quirks of the Mb system???

Edit2: just noticed... gives error no TPM or TPM has error ??? what is TPM is this the problem???

Edit 3: I can start it in safe mode.... what can i do?

run memtest86+ if you can and check mem errors. not sure if its to do with the main mem or video mem, did you change vid drivers? if so then in safe mode revert back to old ones. (im guessing its something to do with video drivers since they're not loaded when in safe mode, so make sure you revert to compatible ones if you did change them)

if no luck...contact hardware manufacturer ;)

WARNING: DO NOT USE DRIVERS 92.91, UNSTABLE :p
