This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    For those who purchased a Sony SZ6 Laptop from Portable One, what CD'S did the laptop come with? Windows Vista CD? Recovery CD? PLease Tell me All

    Sony's factory install ships with everything on the hard drive, including VAIO Recovery tools and Recovery partitions. If you opt for P1 optmized Image, you get a bloat ware free clean Vista Image along with a 2 X DVD Recovery set to restore Vista and all neccessary app's & drivers.
