Just wanted to say thanks to PortableOne and Ivan. I have had my MX for over six months with no problems at all.
I was having disconnect problems with my Intel wireless card and thought I would have better success with an Atheros card. Ivan and PortableOne were MORE THAN HELPFUL, they promptly sent me out an Atheros card. I switched out the cards and sent back the Intel card(return postage was enclosed).
Now that is TOP NOTCH customer service.

awesome, i continue to be amazed as the stories keep flowing about how good those guys are. they deserve all the success in the world for the service they provide, but the selfish side of all of us hopes they at least stay a bit smaller so we still get that personalized level of service

I feel the exact same way about P1. I had a faulty hard drive and they had a new one in my hands in 2 days. They paid for shipping both ways and were super helpful. They remember me when I call and what the problem was. No explaining each time. It's like talking to friends on the phone when I call them. In an age when coporate 800 help desks are filled with anonymous uninterested employees it's nice to develop a good relationship with a small company. I'll be supporting P1 for a long time. I've been getting all my friends turned on to them when they mention they need a new computer. That's what good service will do for you..

I have NEVER experienced a level of customer service from anyone, in any field, as these guys render! Not only are they great pre-sales, but afterwards will work hard to resolve any problem, be it via tech help or intervening with the manufacturer if purchasing an item not manufactured by them (in case of a problem, of course). They make sure their customer is satisfied. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!!!
