Does anyone know and resellers that sell completely barebones compal notebooks? The resellers I've seen always include a processor. And other things I don't need.

    Thanks.

I haven't checked all of those resellers, but I know xoticpc still sells a processor with their systems (and it looks like zipzoomfly as well as a few from the faq do too). I don't want to buy a machine with a processor, ram, hd if possible.

Ayle, how did you find that page on the website? I had to search np92 to get to that page, the barebones notebook didn't show up on the laptop page. . .

I'm just confused that they wouldn't advertise their barebones notebooks too.

Zfactor told me how to get there a while ago. They don't really have any interest in advertising the barebone alone as they make more money selling "pre-equipped" laptop, they don't sell the different parts alone too so they can't make money on that I guess...

Also, if they sell the parts, they can't extend a system warranty, which is risky.

i can vouch for microexpress for you.. trust me they are great. i bought 3 jfl92's from them all are fine. 1 had a issue and i sent it back they refunded me within hours literally of getting it. they also shipping me out a new one ahead of time. great company so far imo. if you call them talk to casey.
