    Hey,

I've been noticing some serious problems with my dvd-rw drive from the day I purchased my HGL30. Whenever I try to copy any data from my dvds/cds, play music from them or for that matter carry out any kind of operation involving the dvd-rw drive...the laptop gets soo slow..it seems like im watching things in slow motion....even the music (if its playing) sounds pathetic....
I've been trying to get in touch with the powernotebooks people for about a week now...but nobody picks up the phone at their customer service! pretty strange, given the claims they make....

You sure you have the right number? Because almost all communication I've had with them has been near instant.

All emails I've sent were answered very promptly and they even took it a step further and followed up on my questions.

The one time I called their support line my call was answered immediately as well.

    What number are you calling?

Our technicians are available 24/7 and there is no way you could be calling the correct number (877-944-4449) and not getting an answer.
