    Interesting move. Seems to make sense - offer something that Apple doesn't.

    Also interesting. If it's priced lower than the MacBook it could garner some good sales. Will be interesting to see if it has a FireWire port (my prediction isit will).

    Not sure if this is the right forum - but it clearly doesn't fit under "Apple and OSX".

    My guess is that it's only a matter of time before Apple gets a judge to put an injunction barring (at least temporarily) PsyStar from selling those machines.

    After that, I'd be interested to see if Apple's OSX EULA holds up in court.

    I really hope PsyStar wins this lawsuit. I would love to legally own and sell OSX on PCs.

    I agree, I would love to own a computer that is not a Mac that can use OS X legally too.
