Could someone explain about the usage of the Q-Charging Button. The high power USB light comes on, however, the above (power symbol) light indicator doesn't.

You must set the battery charge power schedule to 50% or 75%, then let's say that one day you decide to go out in the next half hour, then press the charge button and it will light and charge the battery to 100%.

You welcome, the next question is; why to keep the battery charged at 50% or 75%, don't you want it at full charge?
The answer is, since the laptop may spend most of the time connected via the AC adapter, the power charge schedule 50/75% will extend the battery life.
