This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    ok a new battle.. of Quanta's this time...any thoughts?

    they seem almost exactly the same except the MW1 battery life apears to be less. I haven't been able to find reviews of these really...a little help/comments?

    The MW1 is slightly smaller and has a higher resolution screen - take a look at the specs. It just came out a couple weeks ago. Someone posted their first thoughts here: http://www.notebookforums.com/showthread.php?t=105941

    I've ordered one as well (from ISTNC - great prices and great service so far) and it should be here next week, at which point I'll post a review.

    You can find a review of the KN1 on these forums if you search. It is pretty detailed, but it is the only one I've been able to find.
