    Looks like the same barebones as the Aorus 15, which makes sense as Quanta is the ODM for Gigabyte among others.

    Well, Quanta is one of the biggest ODM there, right next to Compal. They make around 1/3 of all laptops :)

    Aorus 15 is a thicker, plastic body version which is slightly different

    I get that Quanta is an important producer, but why don't we see more of their barebones with resellers? Has it anything to do with quality? @genexis_x review didn't leave me very impressed compared to what tongfang is offering today.

    Their focus isn't on barebones IMO, since they manufacture laptops for many brands out there. Agree that Tongfang is getting better, even better than Clevo in some cases (eg thin and lights)
