    Hello all :)

I am thinking of buying a Zepto 6615WD. I shall soon to uni and i need a laptop for that :) But i do also play games A LOT. And my old pc need to get a replacement :) I have not got a laptop before so first time :D

But i have some questians that i would be happy if any of you could answer on them :)

1: Can the Zepto run games like Gothic 3, Oblivion, Dark messaiah of might and magic etc. (the setup will be something like 2ghz duel core 2 and 2gb ram.)

2: Is is a good laptop that is good to run games but also good to have around. But also stay at home as a desktop replacement. I got a desktop replacement and i use it a lot :) every day. and it runs like 10+ hours a day or more... I use it a LOT :)

3: What setup would you think i shuld chose when i shall use it to run new games on? I did also have a look at the Dell XPS m1710. But it hink in my opinion it i skinda overpriced :)

This was some of my questians maby there will come more :D

    Thx From Kehaan.

    Hello.

native resolution?? What do you mean by that?

My wallet is not that big :) But think i can handle a 2ghz duel core 2, 2GB ram, and around 100GB HD.

    Thx From Kehaan.

He means you may need to drop the resolution to play some games at smoother framerates. You may also just drop some settings on the more demanding games.

I would not recommend a 17" system if you are planning to take it around at all. I like the balance of power and portability of the 6615WD.

But if you are going to leave it on your desk and like the idea of the XPS, take a look at rockdirect.com--their CTX is a better deal than the XPS M1710. It's also known as the Clevo M570-U or Sager NP5760 on these forums--in case you can find it cheaper elsewhere.
