    Hello

I have strange question about old laptop model Compal CR10.
Does anyone know any other laptop model based on this? I'm looking for full LCD cover for this but its hard to find orginal Compal. I know that Acer Aspire 1400 is based on this model but maybe there is other non-compal model with cover that could fit to my laptop? Here are some pics of Acer 1400 maybe it could help to recognise it.

I don't have new thread privilege. Therefore, I'm posting this here.

My model is Compal CR10. Everything works as a stationary laptop (no battery) except bad power connection.

I'm not sure if it's the power adapter or the AC Jam on the laptop. It's almost always the AC Jam, based on my experience and usually takes one little soldering and it's fixed.

The problem is, this laptop is really hard to open up. Anyone ever changed keyboard or opened up this unit before? A few pointers will be great. Thanks.
