Hi my friend is considering the purchase of HEL80 and there are two things he wants to know(I have to post for him cause he can't speak/read/write English at all).
    - the firewire controller(Is it Texas Instruments?)
    - the space between pcmcia slot and expresscard slot(is there enough space to use both of them at once?).
If you have an answer please let me know.

the firewire controller is VIA, according to my hardware display in windows, and you could use both the pcmcia and expresscard slots as long as the express card (bottom one) isn't tall.
