I just got mine right and I am looking inside I can not remember for the life of me if I should remove those plastic like coverings near where the fan is at. Do I leave them on or take them off?

if it's a protective covering, it's your choice whether to leave it on or not. me, i like ripping off all of the celophane and plastic coverings. if your suppose to take it off, it should say something like "remove before use".

    Thanks for the response!

I left it on since it was crazy hard for me to even try and take it off. So I assumed it was just to be left there.

the fan use f4 screws... Then ones that come with the heatpipe retention crew bag dont work... Just finished closing everything and currently installing vista... Is your keyboard wobbly near the f8 key and the heat activated buttons? I'm trying to find a solution to that problem on mine... It seems like there should be a screw there....

esc very bad on my 5791 sager and f8 also. what this is from is if you remove the keyboard it is hollow under certain areas and the keyboard can sink in when pushed down. to fix this i put a thin piece of black foam with tape on one side under it and then when it preses in there this pushes up a bit there you have to experiment with thickness a few pieces of stacked felt could work also
