Just taken delivery of my new 3415W, need to put the OS on and see how it goes...

Only one quick question - I ordered the 9 cell battery rather than the 6 cell, yet it doesn't stick out the back like I thought it would.

From all the research I did into the Ifl90 model, I was certain the battery should stick out about half and inch yet it doesn't.

Have I got a 6 cell battery by mistake?

You are right, if it doesn't stick out its a 6-cell. I've got the 9 cell and it definitely sticks out.

What is the voltage and capacity rating given on the battery's label? 6 cell is normally around 11V, 4.8Ahr (or 4800mAh) and 9 cell has around 7Ahr.
