    RD10 how to boot into a cd ?

    For some reason I'm unable to enter bios ( jumps to the HD which has Xp tablet edition on it ) , is there a way to force a cd boot ?

    I bought it used without any recovery cd so I try to use a DELL xp home cd with the key from the sharp however I'm unable to even boot from that cd .

    Any ideas how to solve it ? maybe to format the HD outside and put some kind of bootable software on it that will allow me to boot and install XP from the cd ( forgot the name )?
