I am thinking about getting a hel30 with decent config. I have looked around a few websites, including powernotebooks and xcoticpc, but it seems that RJ Tech has the best price and they also accept AMEX. But I was curious if anyone had any experience with them and how is their cutomer service and warranty.

    thanks
