I use to have Vista 32 and RMClock installed and running perfectly. However, I had to reinstall Vista because I wanted to get rid of another OS and repartition it the way I like it. Also, it was a good time to junk stuff I installed for testing.
So after I did a clean install, I reisntalled RMClock. First, I noticed it adds another multiplier that the T7500 doesn't support (12x). Weird. I set everything back to the same as I had it before (I documented the settings before I reinstalled Vista).
Now, when RMClock runs (on start up), the HD thrashes like no tomorrow (and it's not just caching because Vista doesn't do this whenI disable RMClock). Also, it bluescreens when I try to restart or shutdown Vista. It also doesn't work as it is suppose to (setting wrong voltages to different multipliers).
I don't get it... why worked perfectly before, but not now? It's a clean install!

Which version of RMClock? 2.3 revision 1?

Yes, that's the one. It's the current version for download.

I forgot to mention that if I shutdown, it bluescreens instead, dumps the contents of the memory, then reboots.
It only happens if RMClock is running. If I shut down RMclock before I shut down my PC, it's fine.
Never did this before on my last Vista 32 install. Just this one.I don't get why the inconsistancy.
I am still getting a 12x multiplier as a choice even though my CPU is a T7500 (11x is max).
RMClock causes IFL90 + Vista32bit to thrash HD?
