Hi! I finally got my DVD's (after so many months haha!) Well regardless, now one hurdle down, another's coming!

I was trying to restore it to the P1 setting, so inserted the P1 XP DVD to a boot drive, booted up Acronis, click and click to select restore source (sonyrestore) and destination (my 48GB SSD), so when I click okay and proceed, 1sec later it says its done... (as if nothing's happened or done)

On reboot, I'm back to my ****ty Vista again, any thoughts of what might happened? Does it have to be restored to my 160GB drive instead of my 48G SSD? (I took the 2 driver option instead of 1 drive 1 cd-rom, does it affect it?)

I also emailed this prob, but just seeing if anyone on NBR / Ivan replies faster! thanks :D

Be sure to delete all the partitions on the current drive. The SSD’s contain a small partition sometimes and it needs to be deleted. There is nothing different about the SSD’s that should interfere with the restore from our experience. if you continue to experience issues, please email our support department.
