    Hello!

I want to share my experience with dennedusa.com. Hopefully this will prevent someone to find him/herself in the same situation as I do now - without product and without money.

Half a year ago the GPU on my 6224w broke down. I therefore ordered a new mainboard from dennedusa.com (I didn't want to try the oven trick). The order and payment went through on February 21 and by February 23 the status on my order had updated to "Awaiting stock in EU", so far so good! But then nothing happened. After around a month I began to send e-mails to ask about the whereabouts of my mainboard, the company did not answer any of these. Finally on April 27 I got this answer:

    "
You should have them by now. I'n staying up late tonight to call to the EU shipper. To see what is happening.

    Name: ***
    E-mail: ***
    Telephone:

Comment: Hello! Now listen, it's gone two months since I ordered and payed for my Zepto parts. It says in the status that you are awaiting stock in EU. I have sent you two e-mails and asked about the status of my order and you haven't answered. If I don't hear anything from you I'm going to file a PayPal dispute and try to get my money back.

    PayPal Receipt No: 2978-2595-1156-6552
    Order # 100000073

    "

But nothing happened and now they won't return any of my e-mails. In the last one I pleaded to get my money back or that they atleast could answer my e-mails.. no answer.

So please reconsider if you are planning to buy anything from dennedusa.com, even if it is the only place to get zepto spareparts. I can't believe they are still in business judging from how they treat their customers. For all I know the company is a scam.

    Best regards,

    Peter

Don't tell them you'll file a complaint, just do it.

    Keep us updated with results.

This isn't the first time a European customer has had problems with this supplier. However, it is unclear either whether there are many successful transactions or whether "stock in EU" means that a third party is involved. Either way, filing a complaint may trigger some action or a refund.

File a complaint ASAP with PayPal, they are real good about getting refunds. I got mine for something I paid for and was never shipped. I documented everything just like you and within 3 weeks I had my money back. :)

I wasn't really apart of any of this after the Zepto DK closed but you are more or less correct. Most of this was out of DenneD's hands. Unfortunately the public perception will always be skewed and will show Zepto USA in a negative way despite being so loved previously.

After Zepto DK more or less screwed us, I had to pack up and move across country and did what I could out of my townhome and with Dennis in Europe and the rest of our team scattered we could never put the pieces together and really do anything.

Lots of the guys in Europe I guess stock piled Zepto parts for months before they went out of business (looks like they somehow knew it was going to happen) and hiked up prices significantly and when we needed something they never delivered or took way to long.

Long story short, Zepto USA got screwed not only by Zepto DK but the other Zepto vendors who knew about everything ahead of time and took advantage of everyone else.
