May be it goes to TigerDirect, or Newegg, they have refurbished stuff.

Repair, swap, replace and send the user a new one and use the other for testing.
All defect partw must be returned to the vendor or the creator because of refund or replacement part.
So I think it will always be repaired and then after several tests returned to the user.

Yes, but what about if I return it within 10 days for example and I don't want it anymore, do they still market that laptop?

If the notebook is still working fine, no real spot of use why not.
Then again just using a new box and using set of new driver cd's and power cord you will not see it yourself.

Interesting, so we might buy a refurbished laptop thinking that is new.

Yes..its sales ethics..even if brand new (& never opened) but returned it should be labeled as such.

I agree, that's why is worht it to buy from a vendor with a good repute, otherwise you aren't sure what you are buying.

I am divided between FL92 functionality & M1530 but with all chaos 1530 is having i am more tempted towards FL92. Do you regret having FL90 in any way?

Not at all, I have an IFL90, 2.4GHz. It works great, fast and I have 4.8 WEI, so I'm cool.

I'll wait for AMD attack with very cold and fast quad cores, then I will upgrade.

Where did you get yours? How is the painting (shiny, dull, finder prints etc) on this thing, 1530 is kind of sexy but i don't want a grainy screen to go with it!

RJTECH, shiny, but I do not recommend this vendor, they have high prices and very poor customer service, it's a one man show.

powernotebooks.com has great deals, warranty and customer service, plus you can use paladin's brain (notebookreview member and worker at powernotebooks.com) if you have any questions.
