I was just wondering if you recieve some type of documentation on what was done during repairs, when you get your laptop back?
It would be nice to know if they replaced or "just" fixed the things that were wrong.

It depends on the company, but most OEMs I've worked with only give documentation on request. You may wish to call Zepto and explicitly request that a list of what was done to your notebook be included upon its return, and you may still have to call after you get it back to actually get that information.

On my part, I just wish I could get my laptop BACK. This is really starting to p*** me off.

Simon, I'm sorry i haven't had time to look into contacting the repair department about your laptop, but the danish support has been moving from one part of our building to another so the last week has been kinda hectic when it comes to checking emails ect.
I've now contacted the repair department about the laptop to have them look at it if they haven't already begun the repair of the machine already. -
