hi i placed an order with you today. However your online tracker doesn't work with the supplied login and password. The website doesn't complain about an incorrect password or login it just simply returns to the original page. it's as if all its doing is refreshing when i press submit. Can this be sorted please.

Rizeon have slipped on their promises too. I know it's not completely their fault, but never the less at the point order they still led me to believe that i would definately have one by the 19th of September! I have now been told 28th Sept. I am begining to regret cancelling my dell order now - as dell seem to be shipping them m1330's out now.
Rizeon will say it's not their fault and i sort of agree, except they should not promise a date if they then turn around and say they have no control over it. They told me that they had been "guaranteed" a shipment of 200 chasises on the 10th and that i would be allocated one of these. So a guarantee means what exactly? Do Rizeon now get the shipment from ASUS for free? somehow i doubt it! So what's the point?
It seems that our friends in the US have priority over UK customers despite the UK customers paying twice the amount for the same or lower spec'ed items.
Yes i'm bitter and have every right to be! -

We can understand your frustration as we're in the same position. At the time you ordered it was a very sure thing otherwise we never would have been given you anything but an estimated date.
We were only going on what we were told and if were were guaranteed delivery then for us its a certain thing...obviously after repeated missed deadlines of these units even we're realising that a gauranteed date is meaningless at this point and we're just doing our best to push thing along and get these units in.
We pride ourselves on service and i hope our conversation gave you some more insight into the issues going on here. We don't want any Rizeon customer to have a negative buying experience from us and I hope our compensation offered has made the delay more acceptable in these circumstances. -

I was expecting a call from you today, as you said you would ring, to give me an update on the info discussed during your conference call meeting that happened today with your logistics team. I take it from your silence that the outcome from your meeting was not good, am i correct? Are you definitely getting some units in on the 21st or not?
I really appreciate your quick and un-prompted compentation gesture, and I gladly accept, however i still require my order by the 28th as recently "re-promised". I am possibly prepared to wait longer than this but only if the new date given is backed by some kind of guarantee whereby if you fail to meet this new date, then additional compentation will be applied. This way i know that i am going to get a realistic delivery date from you (or motivate you find out a definite date from your suppliers). That said if this new date is simply set too far in the future, say over 2wks from the 28th i.e. past the the 12th of October, i cannot accept this i will wish to cancel my order as previously discussed in my recent email to you.
Please tell me your thoughts and that you are getting some units in on the 21st Sept. -
