    Hi there, I bought my rizeon laptop just under a year ago and they have seem to have gone bust, my graphics card has bust and need if fixed fast before the warranty is up, does anyone know who the 3rd party insurence backed warranty is? i chucked all the paperwork out like an idiot. ive tried for a week to contact rizeon with no luck, please, please help. regards, Kieran

    This page on the Rizeon site confirms the insurance-backed warranty.

    However, there's no indication who the warranty is with.

    thanks for the quick reply, i've even rang the PC assosiastion to try and help but nothings seems to happen, i'm sure there must be something in the paper work that says who they are, so if anyone has rizeon please look for me, thank you, regads, kieran

    please anyone know who the 3rd party is, not got too long before the warranty runs out, and need the money or repair for a new one.

    Just to let people know i've managed to get into contact with founder of Rizeon, they said they were in the process of moving offices, hopefully i can my laptop fixed now

    I emailed a guy i was in contact with when sorting out VAT and stuff. [email protected]. He's been ok, emailed back next day but its been 2 weeks now and my dead laptop still aint been picked up, takes the

    well their entry on the companies house website says 'proposal to strike off', suggesting they are being dissolved. I'd guess that they have gone bust, whatever they try to say.
