    I have one HD running SATA and one Ultra-ATA 100. If you can believe Everest.

    How is that possible. Both drives are SATA and connected to the SATA controller.

    Download HD Tune and PC Wizard 2008. And see what info they provide.
    (Everest seems to be right, noticed Standard in Crystal.... ??)

    Tune and Wizard both say SATA. We're good.

    Can you upload the Info Page in HD Tune (Seagate)

    and the 'Drives > No. of Disk Controller' Page in PC Wizard ??
