I need to totally dissect the notebook but I'm not feeling very comfortably doing it without any knowledge of how it was assembled.

Is there any way to get some kind of service manual how to do it without breaking things?

    TIA, asdfasdf

Check this thread with a 6214 keyboard replacement walk through.

I've recently cleaned my 6615 (especially the left side of the keyboard was clogged up with dust, the part that's above the fan) lowering temps dramatically.
    Cheers.

the only way to get the service manual is to contact and get it through Zepto.

If they do not give it to you, which they most likely will not. (Only because these manuals usually have tons of pinout diagrams and such which you can really mess your system up with if you tweak the chips)

If they do not give it to you, you can make your own.
Simply grab a good camera, and take pictures along the way and that will help you put the system back together by giving you a step by step guide.

    good luck
