    Evening all,

I recently had taken in my 6625wd to have the keyboard replaced
and docking station looked at. I thought some of you might appreciate
    some thoughts about the experience.

    Keyboard
Problem: Some like it, some don't. I was one who didn't and found
some keys beginning to stick or not register.
Result: A new keyboard was swapped out. The new keyboard is
better, but still not good. It's fairly soft and unresponsive and now
has a strange 'hump' in the center of the keyboard (in the '6' '7' 'y' area).
    It is better though.

    Docking Station
Problem: The docking station only fully docked perhaps 10% of the
time. Otherwise it simply 'rested' on the connectors which resulted in lost
    connections on occasion.
Result: After service it does dock better, 4 of the 5 times tested so
far it docked (complete with satisfying 'click') without too much fuss. Not
    great, but very satisfactory.

    Service Impressions:
Friendly and fast. No issues other than it went to the wrong address. I'd
given them my new address in an email but it seems it was overlooked.
Not a big deal though, just a small drive across town and all was right again.

I figured I'd write this as I know there's a few of you out there with similar
problems. If you're still under warranty, bring it in. I was actually in
Copenhagen where the service center is located and dropped if off on Friday.
They shipped it back I believe the same day and it was in Stockholm Monday,
today. So speed was almost a non-issue for me, and unless you're very far
away and can't live without the computer for more than a week, I'd say it's
    worth it. Hope this helps!

Even better to hear that they didn't take a couple of weeks to fix the problems. :)

Absolutely, if I'd been able to wait for it, I could've had it back the same day.
