Guys I am facing very facing severe overheating issues with my LP5 laptop and now I am running out of options, I mostly play with my laptop connected to my TV.

Already Downvolted both my CPU and GPU to the max allowed limits .

My CPU core is -125 and cache is -110 anything more cause reboots (specifically when I quit some game after playing for say an hour), also I ended up disabling turbo.

My GPU curve is at 1515 flat line.

my temps are easily hitting 86 or more GPU , 95 CPU even for this temp I have to keep my laptop in tent mode (as I only use it connected to my TV) to allow air circulation.

If I game on a flat surface GPU throttles completely and the FPS drops to very low numbers.

It's 6 months old and it was not that bad in the beginning , but now its getting crazy hot as mentioned above.

I have also repasted like 5 times with different methods like pea drop, vertical line, X and so on, nothing helped much, I only have artic MX4 2019 paste though.

I am sure I have a dud but I cant claim warranty as I am using it in INDIA , also my ambient room temps are around 31 to 32 which is also a major reason for this.

Also i noticed that the BIWIN SSD is also heating upto 63 C, can it be contributing to the heat , should i remove that?

Sorry for the long post, but is there anything more I can try ? , like should I try Conductonaut or Kryonaut or any other paste, would that solve my issue?
