I emailed them and got a reply almost instantly :O (psst. I think they are robots! XD

Anyway they said they do free shipping on the Vaio SZs to US, but not to Canada so they have to fedex it to me. How much would it cost approximately if I live in Victoria (An island right beside Vancovuer)... Or I could go to Vancouver to pick it up if possible.

    Thanks :D

Don't forget about taxes when it comes across. But, I will assume it will be around $50+/- USD for shipping.

I have been chatting with Ivan over email and so far the shipping is around 70-90 depending on how fast you want it. THat's pretty decent considering Dell shipping is 125..

Regarding tax, it's a little confusing because of VAT. Valued Added Tax or something. There's no tax when you buy it, but there may be tax when it's shipped to Canada up to as much as 14.5% (For BC T_T)

So I am not 100% sure about the tax. I suggest you talk to Ivan from Portable One as he is pretty reliable.
